Join Women in Bus and Coach at this free Lunch & Learn webinar, kindly sponsored by Metroline, who have generously provided 50 complimentary places for our members and supporters.
Join us for an engaging one-hour session delivered by Andrea Newton from The Healthy Work Company, specialists in helping organisations create healthier, more inclusive workplaces through wellbeing consultancy and training.
Menopause affects far more than the individual experiencing it. We all know, live with, manage or work alongside someone who may be menopausal, making awareness and understanding essential for everyone.
Did you know that women in their 50s are now one of the fastest-growing demographics in the workplace?
During this interactive session, we’ll explore:
- Why menopause is receiving increased attention in today’s workplaces
- What menopause is and how it affects people differently
- Common symptoms and practical ways to manage them
- How employers, managers and colleagues can provide meaningful support
- How to have open, respectful and confident conversations about menopause
There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and take part in discussion in a supportive, judgement-free environment.
Date: Friday 25th September
Time: 12:00 – 13:00
Location: Microsoft Teams (joining details will be provided after confirmation of registration)
Places are limited. To help ensure a diverse mix of organisations and job roles from across the bus, coach and community transport sector, completing the registration form does not automatically guarantee a place.
Once registrations have been reviewed, successful applicants will receive a confirmation email with joining instructions. If demand exceeds the number of available places, we’ll operate a waiting list and notify all applicants of the outcome as soon as possible.
