The Women in Bus and Coach board is a diverse group of experienced women professionals and male allies, from a broad range of bus, coach, community transport and mobility organisations, renowned for their leadership, expertise, and commitment to advancing gender equality within the transport industry. Among the appointed directors are individuals with extensive experience in operations, safety, policy, advocacy, finance, people, marketing, and technology, reflecting the multifaceted nature of the sector.

The board, who are all volunteers, govern the organisation with a commitment to empowering women in the bus, coach and community transport industry, as per the Women in Bus and Coach national charter. They are responsible for setting and delivering strategic direction, ensuring good governance, and fostering a supportive community for women in the sector.
