How did you get to where you are today?
With the help of a gentleman who had faith in me.
Did you experience any challenges getting to where you are today?
Anxiety is a problem for me apart from that I haven’t had any challenges yet.
If so, how did you overcome them?
Fight through my anxiety.
What do you like about the bus, coach or community transport sector?
Everyone I’ve come across are very nice & helpful.
What does a typical day look like?
I just do school runs plus I’ve done holiday feeder runs & private hire.
What advice would you give to women thinking about a career in the bus, coach or community transport sector?
If its something you want to do go for it you won’t regret it… I’m glad I did it.
What has been your bus, coach or community transport sector career highlight?
The highlight personally for me is meeting different people.
What changes have you seen since in the sector since you joined?
The decline in drivers especially women.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years’ time?
Hopefully still driving coaches.

Please ladies go and do your PSV licence you won’t regret it we need more ladies in the sector.
